Plot the model data versus the reference data.

class gemseo_calibration.post.data_versus_model.post.DataVersusModel(opt_problem, reference_data, prior_model_data, posterior_model_data)[source]

Bases: CalibrationPostProcessor

Scatter plot of the model data versus the reference ones.

Parameters:

  • opt_problem (OptimizationProblem) – The optimization problem to run.

  • reference_data (DataType) – The reference data.

  • prior_model_data (DataType) – The model data before the calibration.

  • posterior_model_data (DataType) – The model data after the calibration.

Raises:

ValueError – If the JSON grammar file for the options of the post-processor does not exist.

database: Database

The database generated by the optimization problem.

materials_for_plotting: dict[Any, Any]

The materials to eventually rebuild the plot in another framework.

opt_problem: OptimizationProblem

The optimization problem.
